Driving Directions to Downtown St. Augustine

and the Colonial Spanish Quarter Museum

From I-95 Traveling South:  Take Exit 318 and head east on State Road 16 to U. S. Highway 1 (approximately 6 miles).  Turn right (south) and U. S. 1 (Ponce de Leon Blvd.) and go to Castillo Drive (2nd traffic light).  Turn left on Castillo Drive and watch for the entrance sighs for the Visitor Information Center (VIC) and the Historic Downtown Parking Facility (HDPF) on your right. 

From I-95 traveling North:  Take Exit 311 and head north on State Road 207 to U. S. Highway 2 (approx. 7 miles).  Turn left (north) and U. S. 1 and go to Castillo Drive (2nd traffic light). Turn right on Castillo Drive and watch for the entrance signs for the Visitor Information Center and the Historic Downtown Parking Facility on your right.

From U. S. 1 Traveling South:  After crossing the intersection of State Road 16 and U. S. 1, go to Castillo Drive (2nd traffic light). Turn right on Castillo Drive and watch for the entrance signs for the Visitor Information Center and the Historic Downtown Parking Facility on your right.

From U. S. 1 Traveling North:  After crossing the intersection of State Road 207 and U. S. 1, go to Castillo Drive (2nd traffic light). Turn right on Castillo Drive and watch for the entrance signs for the Visitor Information Center and the Historic Downtown Parking Facility on your right.

 

Short Walk to the Colonial Spanish Quarter Museum

After Arriving at Historic Downtown Parking Facility and VIC, it's a short walk through the Old City Gate to the Colonial Spanish Quarter Museum located on the northern most end of St. George St.

Hours of Operation

Monday-Sunday: 9:00am to 5:30pm, last admission sold at 4:45 p.m. Closed on Thanksgiving Day,

Christmas Even, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
