Public input sought on new economic initiative
Residents and employees in the seven-county Northeast Florida region are invited to participate in an on-line survey to help establish the region's economic and workforce development priorities for the next five years.
Elevate Northeast Florida, a regional economic development strategy, has the goals of continuing the region's positive economic and job growth, further enhancing workforce development, and increasing Northeast Florida's competitiveness in the U.S. and internationally.
Elevate Northeast Florida is being led by JAXUSA Partnership, Northeast Florida Regional Council, and CareerSource Northeast Florida and includes all counties in the region: Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, and St. Johns.
The survey continues until Friday, April 13. For more information on the project and to take the survey, visit www.ElevateNEFL.com.
