Citizen Survey Seeks Community Input
February 21, 2017 - The 2017 Citizen’s Survey is available on-line and open to all of those who wish to share input on a wide variety of topics until 11:59pm, Tuesday, February 21st. When compiled with data collected from randomly selected mail surveys, this information will be used to gauge how local government is serving the community and to provide a baseline in order to measure performance in a number of areas. As a whole, this data offers important feedback for the city when developing its annual budget and adjusting its strategic goals for the coming year.

To conduct the 170-question survey, the city contracted with National Citizen Survey (NCS) of Boulder, Colorado, a leading provider of public sector research and evaluation. Responses are completely anonymous and the community is urged to participate in order to ensure a broad cross section of the community has its voice heard and its points-of-view considered.
Results of the survey will be available in late March and will be shared with the community at that time.
